thanks I tried to somewhat reproduce dawn like the dawns I loved in my hometown, fresh air but warm sun rays coloring everything gold

Well...This illustration is very good in my humble opinion. Colors seems to be ideal but sunrise could be a bit brighter.

you asked 4 honest critique so here goes...the yellow and the orange seem clashy with the tone of this piece. the browns, grey-blues, blacks and whites give a mellow, slighly gloomy mood and the bright yellow and orange don't fit with the overall mood. if you want brighter colors for that part i think maroon or dark red and daker yellow or olive would look better. if you want to keep the orange and yellow try a brown for the floor instead of the greyish color you have. the shadow of the tail should have the spiky parts instead of just the smooth circular shape and a smoke shadow would be a nice touch. the lighter marks on the floor don't quite make sence as dust or shadows. the bags should have more shadows around the black lines and texture if possible. they are rather non-discrpt as they are now. that may be your intent but it looks a bit odd. the skin color could be a little more peachy, even though its suposed to look pretty white.

Now, even though it might seem like i have a lot of problems with this pice thats not true. you just asked in ur journal for critiques so i wanted to be as honest as possible. i love the mood of this piece. it seems rather peaceful and melancholy at the same time. total kudos for you for the patience it must have taken to cut this all out. i think its very good!

J'aime beaucoup les couleurs, elles vont bien ensemble. L'orange ajoute juste la touche de couleur vive qu'il faut, c'est très bien. Ya juste le jaune qui me plaît pas trop, je le trouve un peu bizarre, mais c'est juste mon avis ^^
